DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Regulation on the Implementation Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, in accordance with the obligation to conclude a contract for sales made over the internet, and the articles are as follows.

ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077-Distance Contracts Implementation Principles and Procedures regarding the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

It consists of the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, and information at the time the order is finalized.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 - The BUYER declares that he has read and informed all the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product or products that are the subject of the contract specified in Article 3 and gives the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

4.2 - The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified beforehand.

4.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, karatekinzuccaciye.com cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.4 –  www.karatekinzuccaciye.com is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

4.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the order, the price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, karatekinzuccaciye.com is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6- After the delivery of the product, if the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to karatekinzuccaciye.com due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER has delivered it to him. within 3 days, provided that the product  It must be sent to www.karatekinzuccaciye.com. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

4.7-  www.karatekinzuccaciye.com  If the product subject to the contract cannot be delivered in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the obstacle is removed. In case the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in cash and in full within 10 days.

4.8- Defective or damaged products of the products sold with or without a warranty certificate can be sent to karatekinzuccaciye.com for the necessary repair within the warranty conditions, in which case shipping costs will be incurred.  www.karatekinzuccaciye.com  will be borne by

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify karatekinzuccaciye.com by fax, email or telephone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of the relevant article. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to karatekinzuccaciye.com. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.

In addition, when it comes to goods that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that are personalized by making changes or additions, which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or expire.  The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal.

In case the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used against his/her consent and illegally. In this case, the card issuer returns the payment amount to the consumer within 10 days from the notification of the objection.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. You can receive the products directly from our Istanbul-based company, or you can request delivery with courier companies. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 3 (three) working days at the latest.

In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the settlement of karatekinzuccaciye.com are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In the event that the order is concluded, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
